Police: Security guard who fired shots in parking lot after chasing down accused shoplifter charged

A Lowe’s security guard chased down a shoplifting suspect and fired shots into the suspect’s car as they were trying to get away Tuesday afternoon, a witness told Channel 9′s John Paul.
