Storage & Car Space Required

Due to family circumstances I have found myself requiring storage for plastic tubs & a couple of furniture items plus I would like a place to park car & motorcycle prior to a major operation July 17. Walking distance of where I am currently staying both pre & post operation would be advantageous as well. In Woolloomooloo near Old Fitzroy Hotel. The $450 is possibly wishful thinking but it gives an idea of what I can at least start with for now.
